A few things to know.
Will it be a wall of meetings?
No. Day one starts at 10 with their manager, each teammate gets half an hour across the week, and there’s room for one real first task and some white space.
What about I-9s and payroll?
The payroll invite, an I-9 meeting and account setup become dated tasks. Your new hire enters their own Social Security and bank details in payroll.
What does it cost?
It uses your plan’s AI credit, like everything else in River. You pay for the welcome kit and the lunch yourself; River fills the carts and holds the table.
