A few things to know.

Which deadlines does it cover?

Delaware’s annual report and tax by March 1, each state you’re registered in, contractor 1099s by January 31, your returns as your CPA sets them, renewals and a new 409A when it’s due.

What’s an 83(b), and why is it first?

If you got stock or early-exercised in the last 30 days, you have 30 days to file an 83(b) with the IRS, and that deadline can’t be extended. River puts it on top and tells you at once.

What does it cost?

It uses your plan’s AI credit, like everything else in River. Filing fees and taxes are still paid by you or your CPA.
