Press + in your Dock, open Playbooks, and press Start. River finds your review sites, then checks your sign-off and what’s off-limits.

Which review sites does it cover?
Google Business Profile, Yelp, Etsy, Shopify and Square. River finds where your reviews live from your website and the accounts you’re signed in to.
How does it handle a bad review?
It acknowledges the problem without arguing, keeps order and personal details out of public view, and invites the person to reach you directly. It never asks anyone to change a review.
What does it cost?
It uses your plan’s AI credit, like everything else in River. Replies go out through the Google, Yelp and store accounts you already run.
