A few things to know.
How do you know a seat is unused?
From the tool’s own admin page: seats paid, seats used and last active. River flags seats idle 60 days or more and people who have left, checked against your team list.
Will it cancel tools without me?
A cancellation is lined up for the renewal date, with a reminder 30 days before, and the final click is always yours.
What does it cost?
It uses your plan’s AI credit, like everything else in River. It works from the Ramp, Brex, Mercury or QuickBooks records your company already has.
