A few things to know.
Will it switch our usual products?
Only for an exact match in size, material and sterility. Otherwise it keeps what you always order and shows the cheaper option beside it.
What if we don’t keep par levels?
River works from the last three months of orders in your supplier accounts or order emails. It sticks to stock and office supplies, never prescription drugs, vaccines or controlled items.
What does it cost?
It uses your plan’s AI credit, like everything else in River. You place the order and pay your suppliers yourself; River stops at the filled cart.
