A few things to know.

I already track this. Do I start over?

River fills in the tracker you keep, whether it’s a Sheet, Attio or folk, instead of starting a new one.

How does it know who has committed?

A signed SAFE or term sheet in your mail marks signed, and the wire landing in Mercury marks wired. Each stage comes from the last real event, dated and linked.

What does it cost?

It uses your plan’s AI credit, like everything else in River. It reads the mail, calendar and bank you already use, so there’s no fundraising CRM to buy.
